This patient wanted a reduction in the size of her implants and perkier breasts.

The implant revision case included a pre-surgical implant deflation completed 3-4 weeks prior to surgery and allowed for the implant pocket and skin to shrink prior to downsizing the implant. Deflation is a painless in-office procedure that allows for a single-stage implant exchange and lift without having to reduce the large implant pocket from the previous set.
