I am 6 months post op and thought this would be a great time to leave a review for Dr. Bayati.
I had a breast augmentation in 2016 and after 10 years had some challenges that I wanted to address. My right breast had completely bottomed out and was severely mismatched with my left breast. I started searching for a surgeon, and after consulting hundreds of reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Bayati.
That was THE BEST decision I could have made. Let me save you time - she is top notch. Knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I have felt incredibly welcome every time I step foot in that office. On the day of my surgery, I was so impressed with the surgery team. Dr. Bayati's staff is also top notch and the facility was very clean (yes, I looked at those things!).
Now to my results. I had no idea that she could give me these incredible results. After my previous experience, I was just hoping for a minor improvement, and Dr. Bayati far exceeded those expectations! My process consisted of "deflating" my 2016 implants to allow for time for my muscles to retract, allowing for better results when my new implants were placed. I also had a "mesh bra" placed, which I truly believe is a huge difference maker. My results are amazing. I went slightly smaller in implant size because I have lost a significant amount of weight in the last few years, and I wanted my breasts to look very proportionate to my body.
I am also impressed by the details post care, including the appropriate bras to wear and the diet to maintain to promote healthy tissue growth around my mesh bra.
I would return to Dr. Bayati time and time again and would highly recommend you give her a call!

I’m not sure of the proper medical terminology, but I recently had my brows lifted and the excess skin removed from my upper eyelids. I consulted with three different doctors before choosing Dr. Bayati and I’m so glad I did.
